Corporate Fitness Boot Camps

Boot camps are a great way to extend the social nature of your workforce by introducing small class physical training. While usually done in small groups at the Wellness Center of America, we can use corporate facilities and outdoor spaces for these programs.
Corporate fitness boot camps allow your employees to excercise differently. They provide an added social support mechanism for those taking part in your corporate wellness program. The success of boot camps rely on providing a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and as a result find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Participants make friends and socialize as they exercise. For companies, this is another form of team building within your organization.
As a corporate wellness program member, your employees are usually tested for fitness on day 1 and then retested at the end of the camp, which usually runs for between 4–6 weeks.
